Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your only chance to create a positive impact on buyers before they enter your house. The pluses and minuses that jump out at buyers create their first opinion of your house and how you upkeep home's regular maintenance.
Understanding this assists us in deciding what steps we can take to draw buyers from the street and into your home. If your home's exterior isn't up to par with retouched paint and colorful garden plants we'll need to tackle those as well. Follow the Curb Appeal Checklist and boost your house's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Can buyers envision themselves hanging out in your living space, reading a good book in your master bedroom or getting work done in your home office? We want your home to welcome buyers and give them a sense of ease. I'll help you achieve this by suggesting changes that highlight your house's features.
I'll help you put in storage anything that gives the impression of clutter. Surface areas like tables, desks and counters should be clutter-free. Knickknacks, souvenirs, family photos, and kids' artwork should get stored away too. We'll simplify the decor of house. Less than inviting or messy spots make your home feel less spacious and buyers have a more difficult time imagining themselves living there.
I'll look over each room of your home. Areas that directly affect your dollars include fixable like pieces of furniture that should be removed, rooms that need fresh paint, carpet that needs to be replaced, fixtures that need shining, and windows that need washing
With me by your side, you'll know that your house is likable and that it's comfortable, avoiding "offensive" or "can't-work-with" shades on the walls and furniture. And if the house is empty, you can think about renting furnishings. You want your place to look lived in as opposed to uninhabited.

Setting the Stage
I'll tell you when you're ready to show your house, because all of the improvements mesh together to create a picture of what buyers can envision after they close on your house. Brightness is important and we'll part the curtains, and reduce shadows where needed to invite the buyer inside. We'll enhance the ambiance with enjoyable music to listen to while guests look around your home and assure a nice aroma flows throughout your house. We'll incorporate cozy-looking throws, and pillows on your couch and bed. We want buyers to feel like your home has the potential to be. |
